In the pursuit of propagating the art form of traditional Carnatic music in its chaste form, from the tender age of 3, Sunil R. Gargyan embarked on a musical odyssey under the guidance of Shri S. Bashyam, laying the foundation for his intricate understanding of Carnatic vocals. The journey continued with Shri P.B. Shrirangachari, a mentor who nurtured Sunil’s talent from January 2002 to August 2008. later he had  the privilege of learning under esteemed vidwan Padmabhushan awardee, Sangeetha Kala Acharya, Shri PS Narayanaswamy from 2008 till his passing away on 2020, Currently under the guidance of Vidwan Shri Sriram Parasuram.
